Both cottages have oil fired central heating. Flow meters measure the amount of oil used and this is charged per litre. Electricity is included in the rental. One well-behaved pet is accepted but must be kept under control. A charge of £15.00 per pet per week is made.

Bed linen is charged at £4.00 per single bed and £8.00 per double bed is available. Duvets are provided. Please bring your own towels (except in the case of overseas visitors for whom we can provide towels at £1.00 per person). A cot and high chair are available free of charge. Baby sitting service is available by arrangement. A security deposit of £50.00 is required, repayable after an inventory check at the end of the holiday.
